Multi-column reports do not work with multiple charts

I did indeed fix this problem recently. But the fix is not available yet in any released GnuCash version.
Regarding the cause of the fix: I don't have access to the sources from where I am now, but I remember there was a logic bug in GnuCash' html engine that resulted in only the first chart being rendered.
