Blank reports

Since Mike just added this to the FAQ page, the following might be a better link to suggest going forward:

I don't use Windows but I'm going to assume you might be, and maybe you're
hitting a bug that seems to affect some Windows users. Please try the
setting the default browser as described at the link below, and report back
to the list:
