Will hire tutor for fast business file setup

Need to set up business file for Jan 1 (!) and will pay someone to tutor me.
Long time Quickbooks user for small business.

Do you have a working/sample file with A/R, A/P, customers, employees,
timesheets, tax, reports, etc?

I'm in Canada but US example will work.
