Comma in Spanish Numeric Keyboard

Hi all,
I use a Spanish language keyboard.
Something has changed in the latest versions and now when I press the comma
(dot in USA's) key in the numeric keyboard GNUCASH types a dot instead of
the comma and shows an error message, requiring to enter the figures again.
It is not a matter of language, because everything is in Spanish, except
for that key.
Where should I report this bug?
