QFX file format...where's account name?

Yes.

I believe (I don't use that interface) that you double-click somewhere
and it will let you assign the target account.

If you turn on Bayesian Matching it will do a better job of remembering
those assignments based on individual words in the incoming transaction
descriptions for future use.
