Personally, I switched to Ubuntu because it was stabler than Debian Sid
(Debian's unstabler-than-unstable unofficial distribution.  Debian
code-names their releases in development after characters in the Toy Story
movies; Sid was the kid next door who destroyed toys).

Ubuntu's direction with Unity and Mir is making me seriously consider
switching back, as big of a pain that will be.
