Hi Derek,
We would like to offer a product to our customers that, we can assure them of providing support & maintenance in the unlikely event of failures and also to provide them with s/w improvements via patch update / upgrades along with the requested customization.
Hence, wanted to understand if, there is any 'Software & Maintenance Agreement' model behind GnuCASH (similar to what RED HAT has for Linux as an added service for large enterprises) that will provide some assurance of s/w support post implementation.
Regards,
LESLIE GONSALVES | Solution Architect

There is no company that sits behind the GnuCash project where you can directly obtain any support or maintenance agreement. Some of the developers are willing to work as a consultant to perform special development for you. I guess it boils down to: what exactly do you expect to get out of a "support & maintenance agreement" for GnuCash?
