Where are Account Options?

	When I open an account I just created, I get a message that it cannot be edited
because it is read-only.  The message tells me to open Account Options and remove the
Placeholder checkmark.  

	I cannot find Account Options.  I cannot find Account Options in the help index.  

	I am using GnuCash for Windows.
