Stable Version 2.4.13 will not print on Windows 7

Did you try setting you default web browser to IE as described in
comment #40 of this bug report:
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=645273> ? 

While that seems to be off the wall, it has fixed the printing problem
for a lot of us.  You can reset the default browser back to your
favorite afterwards and printing remains fixed.
