Stable Version 2.4.13 will not print on Windows 7

I think you're pointing poor Charles in the wrong direction here.  This
bugzilla entry is about GnuCash not *DISPLAYING* reports.  E.g., if you
get an empty window when you run a report.  I'm pretty sure that Charles
is *seeing* the report on the screen but just cannot print it to his
printer.  Right, Charles?

Charles, I'll just point out that GnuCash isn't a "Windows App" like
most Windows apps.  It's a GTK app that's been ported to Windows, so the
bug, most likely, is in the Gtk<->Windows printer places.

If you don't want to spend so much time getting such basic features to
work on Windows then I recommend you switch to an OS that was actually
designed properly to handle the separation of apps and devices/drivers,
like MacOS or Linux.  :)
