2.4.12 & 2.5.0 failed to install on Mac

I've just re-tried my copy of 2.4.12, but it was reported to be damaged. so I downloaded, installed and ran 2.14.13 without a hitch.

I'll settle into this version first, before considering 2.5.xx again.
