Importing from Android to desktop

Hi all,

I discovered the Android app (v.1.1.2) the other day at Google Play and
promptly installed it on my phone.

I'm able to create the OFX file and get it onto Google Drive, where I then
imported it (into 2.4.11) and did the necessary matching between files so
that the imported data would end up in the proper accounts.

This version of the Android app supports double-entry accounting and I
noted the account that I wanted each transaction matched with. However,
when the import takes place, all transactions are mapped over but the
entries aren't matched

For example: In Android, I enter a transaction into a credit card account
and select an appropriate expense account, say "Expenses:Dining:Meal
Charges"

Upon import, the credit card transaction is appropriately placed, as is the
expense transaction created in Android with the selection of that account
during transaction creation--but they are not linked with each other and
both come in with an entry of "Imbalance" for the account.

Has anyone else using the Android app experienced this?

John
