delete file names

It may say that when I open Gnucash, but what it really reads is
"<name-of-file> -- <name-of-tab> -- GnuCash".  Since almost always one of
the tabs available is "Accounts" (holding the Chart of Accounts), it may
end up saying "<name-of-file> -- Accounts -- GnuCash" quite often.  It's
saying that right now on my screen.  But when I click on a different tab,
it changes to "<name-of-file -- Customer Report -- GnuCash".
