I have been facing this problem recently when I installed on a new laptop with Windows 7. 1. Question marks appearing in front of all amounts . 2. Mouse not responding to the clicks, every time need to take the focus away from the buttons and click again. 3. Drop Dowm + sign not opening . Please help Paul
