GIFI codes for Gnucash?

The GIFI codes are just a standardized codes that can be mapped to the chart
of accounts. If one looks at how the other products are doing then it is
faily simple. 

1. Just add one GIFI field next to the Account code/ chart of account.
2. Make available to the public a GIFI list so that the users can enter the
list manually or edit the codes them selfs.

This simple approach will let us get going. All we need is GIFI coded
Balance sheet and GIFI coded Income statement to take in to a tax software.
