And finally don't forget to backup your accounts file regularly to
somewhere off the original computer and preferably off site.  Remember
a PC can go up in smoke (metaphorically or literally) at any time,
possibly destroying all data on the machine.  Also operator error (or
cat on keyboard) can destroy data.
