Price Editor Showing Fractions Instead of Decimals

   Hello All,

   After retrieving prices from Yahoo Finance the Price Editor shows the
   prices in fraction instead of a decimal format. Here is an example:

   CAH      10/25/2013     54 + 9499999/99999999   last   USD (US Dollar)

   ESRX     10/25/2013      60 + 2933333/333333333  last  USD (US Dollar)

   Prior to 5/31/2013 the Price Editor showed all price retrievals in
   decimal.

   Is this a configuration issue, if so any help in correcting would be
   appreciated.
