Price Editor Showing Fractions Instead of Decimals

It's a bug: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=701435, which was closed
as a duplicate of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410060. It's not,
really, but they're probably related closely enough that they can be treated
together.
