Problems starting Gnucash

Thank you.  I found it and it only has: "WARN <qof.engine> [guid_init()] only got 2010 bytes. The identifiers might not be very random."

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile describes how to find the trace file which may contain some clues.
