Customizing invoices for Australia

Hi All,

Well I finally got an invoice together that meets Australian standards but
it took an enormous amount of numerous work arounds.
I never solved any of the problems of being able to load external scm files,
unininstall gnucash completely (not sure if this is actually possible) or
the weird case of the disappearing fancy style sheet (which turned out to be
a standard bug).

I did manage (after 2 days of researching, re-coding and experimentation)
to produce the invoice by creating a custom report and applying it to
invoices (which in the end is a fairly awkward process).

Now to solve the other problems which I think I'll attempt after a bit of a
break.

Thanks everyone for your help.

Karen
