Migrating Gnucash to iMac

I did File->Open a number of times. It simply cannot find it. I even tried moving the file to areas I knew it recognized, e.g. desktop. 

I am not familiar with SQLite. Apparently, it is part of a number of applications. At this point, I am using the Safari browser.
