Well, we’re not planning to release 2.6.4 until September, so let’s suppose you mean 2.6.3.

It’s correct that that dll isn’t in the bundle and it probably should be. I see on my system that it’s included with Strawberry Perl, which suggests a workaround: Run “Install Online Price Retrieval”, which will install Strawberry Perl if you don’t have ActivePerl (a.k.a. Active State Perl) installed.
