Actually, QIF does support multiple accounts.  HOWEVER since QB does not
export QIF you might have a hard time actually creating a multi-account
QIF file.

Could you use CSV instead of TSV, and then use GnuCash's CSV importer?

Or, alternately, just start from scratch?  Hand-enter your transactions
back to e.g. Jan 1, and run GnuCash and QB side-by-side for the rest of
the year.  Then you can swich over Jan 1 2015?
