Need Tsv2Qif.sh Script Converted for Use on Windows

Hi Derek,

I am using GnuCash to recreate accounts from the past due to a loss of data.
The original work was done in QuickBooks. I chose GnuCash for the rebuild
because of its philosophy of openness, which is a refreshing change from
Intuit. I will use your suggestion to export the QB data in a csv format and
use the GC importer.
