Transaction Report Calculation Error?

Well, there are two. There's the "Transaction Report" and the "Account
Transaction Report".

Check your report options -- what do you have set for your Quote Source?
My guess is that the report is pulling in a PriceDB entry and ignoring
your actual entry. That's the only way I can think to explain the 143.25.
