Unposted Invoice Won't Go Away...

If you have a transaction in A/R that is not tied to a specific invoice,
and uposting all your invoices does not remove it, then that means the
txn was created by some other means.  Most likely you used the Duplicate
Transaction function to mistakenly "duplicate" the invoice, but that
function from the account registers does not do what you want and will
result in this situation.

If this is the case your only recourse is to revert to a backup or
manually remove the transaction from your data file.  The latter is not
recommended (but be sure to make a backup before you attempt it).
