Version 2.6.3 won't save when there are open Reports

I 'purged' or 'completely removed' anything with related to gnucash and 
performed that neat 'find' command (I need to read the man more often 
:)) with the following results:

I deleted all the libgnc stuff, reinstalled, and rebooted and this seems 
to have gotten rid of the memory violation error.  H

Although we've fixed on problem there is still the problem with the 
reports.  Is there anything else I should delete?
