Find/Report invoices with a particular line in a description field

Yeah, sorry about that, unfortunately these days I'm not usually on a
computer, and my phone doesn't always help, sometimes it will respond to
all and sometimes it just doesn't have that option, I don't know why, but
it can really make a mess out of a good thread.
