Scheduled Transactions help required please

Doesn't "Monthly, Start Date whenever, Every 1 months, on the 3rd 
Wednesday" work? Genuine question, I've never used that setting. The 
only variable day of month frequency I use is "Last day of month" for 
some bank charges.
