The nth weekday of the month is not in the universe of choices available
in releases 2.4.13 and earlier.  Apparently it is new to the 2.6 series
which I have been avoiding because I still work primarily in Windows,
and windows builds of that series have had flaws that affected the way I
use the program, at least until earlier today.  See bug 738477.
In any case, even if I try the very latest build I would not want to use
a feature that does not exist in the 2.4.x series until I am sure that I
won't go back to it.
