Issues after upgrade

Hi,

You are actually the third person to report this but so far we didn't find what goes wrong exactly.

The error messages suggest that the earlier version of gnucash didn't get uninstalled 
completely. The messages refer to function names that only exist in 2.4.x and not in 2.6.x

Could you try this:
- Uninstall gnucash via its uninstall application or the Windows Software control panel entry.
- Go into c:\Program Files(x86). If there still is a gnucash directory, are there any files left in the 
gnucash directory (or any of its subdirectories) ? If so, which ones ?
- Assuming there are still files left, completely remove the gnucash directory.
- Reinstall gnucash 2.6.3 (2.6.4 is not recommended on Windows).
