Online Quotes Install Fail

The cascade of warnings isn't the problem. The problem is at the very end of stderr:

"dll.exp: file not recognized: file format not recognized."

Looks like a typo in the makefile. You could file a bug in CPAN, or maybe Erik Coulson will intercede.
