Manually change ordering of Transactions

Hi,

    It is said here(http://gnucash.uservoice.com/forums/101223-feature-request/suggestions/1602507-manually-change-ordering-of-transactions)
that the feature of manually ordering of transactions is implemented
in version 2.5.3. I'm wondering if is also implemented 2.6.x branch?
If it is also implemented, how can I access this feature?

    I'm using Windows.
