Another Advanced Portfoio update

I just checked in another update to the Advanced Portfolio report which 
might work better.  I don't know what I was thinking of when I did the 
lsat one, it wasn't really what I meant to do at all.  This one should 
be better.

The "ignore parent and sibling transfers" option no longer exists since 
I don't think it is needed anymore.  If you think it is, let me know 
and I can easily put it back.
