How to edit/unpost a posted bill in GnuCash 2.6.1

Because reports show garbled fonts with default theme in Windows 7, I changed
the theme and fonts.  Maybe that did it, though reseting to original
displays same behavior.

Is there any way to change icon size in tool bar?
