Maybe the last advanced portfolio update for now

Mike,

Could you post a link to your latest advanced portfolio report code please? 
I am using Windows GnuCash version 2.6.1, and would like to use your latest
report.  I successfully added your earlier version to the correct GnuCash
directory.  TI guess that your new report is in the most recent nightly
windows 2.6.1 build, but the recent windows builds do not run.  I plan to
include your report in my 2.6.1 official release version.
