Spanish online import or q43 Spanish format into GNUCash

Hi,

Does anyone know how to
- import online ING Direct (Spanish branch) into GNUCash or
- Convert q43 (norma 43) format into any format that GNUCash accepts (e.g.,
OFX)?

I have been looking and asking the bank without success so far. 

BTW, If someone is interested, I have a shell and awk script that converts
ING excel sheets into QIF, but it still requires quite a bit of manual work
(including its download) that I would like to avoid if possible.
