Spanish online import or q43 Spanish format into GNUCash

AqBanking does provide an importer for Q43, GnuCash could just use that
(as it does with the SWIFT MT940 importer).

Also, as mentioned many times before, GnuCash could use AqBanking's
generic importer which provides dialogs and stuff to import files in any
format for which AqBanking has importers...
