Yes, but you asked here, so I'll answer here.

If you mean GnuCash's Guile API, it's mostly the same as the C API, except that all of the function names have - where the C ones have _. For the bits of API that are written in Scheme, there may be some useful bits buried in src/doc. Doxygen doesn't know about Scheme, so the main developer docs don't include any of that.
