print out expense sub-categories details?

Hi Monica,

     Using the standard Income Statement in the reports section (for 
example),  click options/accounts.  You'll see a little box under the 
big list of accounts box labeled, Level of Subaccounts.  That defaults 
at 3.  Increase it to 4, or 5, or whatever you need.  I had the same 
problem.
