Yes, but .......... In situations like it is much better to have the 
time to think carefully about what you want to have done with any 
transactions or sub accounts. Under the pressure of having to make on 
the spot decisions during the delete operation isn't the best way. That 
if you try to delete an account that still has something in it you will 
be prompted to do something is an important safety feature.
