It would help more if you'd remember to use "reply all" and copy the list.

Is the first-order problem. It means that you've got Fink in your path in front of /usr/bin, and that the Fink installation is for a different processor family from the one you have now. Did you recently upgrade from an old PowerPC system?

The easiest solution would be to edit $PATH and $DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to remove all mentions of /sw, then run gnc-fq-update again.
