Remove list of accounts from standard reports

When I run many of the standard reports, the report starts with a long 
list of all the accounts that are included in the report, is there any 
way that I can remove this part of the report. Most of my reports 
include many accounts and I would prefer that this long list, before the 
actual data I want to view, could be omitted. Any ideas gratefully received
