Problems setting online price retrieval

Hi,

I have Gnucash 2.6.3 on my laptop (running on Windows 8).

I have installed Active Perl 5.18.2 built 1802 (64 bit), Finance::quote 1.33 and Strawberry Perl 5.20.0.1 (64 bit).

When running the "Install Online Price Retrieval" from the Gnucash folder, I get the following:
Check Perl
Check Perl version
Determine which Perl flavor we have found
Access is denied
Install DateManip
No missing packages to install
Install Crypt-SSLeay
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Crypt-SSLeay
An error occurred, see above.
Press any key to continue......

After getting the above, I have run ppm from Active Perl, and installed Crypt-Random-Source-SSLeay, but there is no change afterwards, as I still get the same script and the "get quotes" button doesn't work.

Could you please help, considering that I'm totally ignorant about programming languages?
