CSV to QIF for ING & Rabo and quotes from Behr.nl

Hi

For anyone interested, I put a csv2qif home brewed converter on my site
(for a few dutch banks - ING & Rabo- including investment accounts, Robeco
and AMEX) and a Finance::Quote grabber for Behr.nl.

The CSV2QIF allows to pre-assign certain transaction to categories. It
works pretty well for me.

It still requires some clean-up/moving the parsers to modules etc etc.

Any feedback is always welcome.
