Show generation date on report

Hi Carsten,

no, I have not.
I found that here:
Edit -> Style Sheets -> select "Easy" from the list, then click "Edit' 
-> "General" tab -> "Show preparer info".

So that gives me at least the date, but no time (which would still be 
very helpfull as well).
