Gnucash info about Finance::Quote

Hi Gnucash devs!

It might be interesting to add an info box in the Gnucash stock quotes dialog box.

The interesting things to show:

- Finance::Quote version by issuing command

    on windows: perl -MFinance::Quote -e"print $Finance::Quote::VERSION"
    on linux/macosx: perl -MFinance::Quote -e'print $Finance::Quote::VERSION'

- Info about the installed Perl stuff

    perl -V

Make that info easy to copy into a mail so people can send this to the ml.
