Crash with MacOSX and hbci-banking

Please run Applications>Utilities>Console, find the crash report under "User Diagnostic Reports", and attach it to a new bug report. Instructions for filing a bug are found at http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_I_think_I_found_a_bug._How_do_I_report_it.3F
