problem for getting on-line quote

I just installed GnuCash 2.4.13 on a new Windows 7 x64 system, and the
'Install Online Price Retrieval' utility installed F::Q 1.18 (as I later
discovered when I got errors trrying to get quotes).
I ran gnc-fq-update (by opening a command prompt, navigating to c:\Program
Files (x86)\gnucash\bin and typing perl gnc-fq-update). This updated to F::Q
1.27 (perl gnc-fq-check).
Incidentally this took a surprising amount of time - it requested to do some
tests, which I allowed, and that was what took a long time...
