Actually, my 'other story' involves the replacement products' propensity
to cause the blue screen of death several hours to a few days after
being installed.  Their tech support insisted that I had a virus before
their product was installed, therefore they could not help me,
unless...  The old smoke and mirrors trick to get another $170 out of
the sucker.  I did not buy that.
